- Lead and inspire the ICS team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while strategically developing team capabilities
- Collaborate across functions, working closely with system architects and stakeholders at Control, Operations, and SNI levels to align quality and compliance standards
- Manage team operations, including resource planning, performance reviews, and career development initiatives
- Drive secure development and security processes—covering requirements, SDLC, testing, risk analysis, and governance—and integrate them into workflows to deliver scalable, transparent solutions
- Ensure team structure and availability, driving continuous improvement measures to meet project pipelines and company objectives
- Completed studies in IT Security, Informatic, or comparable training/qualification
- Experience in leading and developing international teams
- Extensive experience in industrial cybersecurity for OT systems, including the implementation of security concepts (Secure Development Lifecycle, security testing, vulnerability management), as well as in-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP and ISO/IEC 27001
- Ability to work in a team, precise work, a high degree of initiative and flexibility, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business fluent in English (spoken and written) – knowledge of German desirable
