A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Indianapolis for A05 business. This hybrid role is critical in supporting financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and analysis across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with SAP, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial performance and process improvements.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Develop and maintain accurate business forecast at both global and country levels. Update and evaluate the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual cost incurred and physical progress achieved for all phases of project.
  • Creating and monitoring a database to analyze global reporting for OE, Revenue and Gross Margin for actuals amounts and forecasted amounts and against KPIs.
  • Assist in annual budget preparation including revenue, gross profit, capital projects, and cost center budgeting.
  • Support audit preparation and respond to audit inquiries. Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review and code customs and duties charges to appropriate GL accounts and cost centers.
  • Conduct analysis for inventory property tax, inventory by location, and sales by state.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with NextGenP2P, Tableau, EPM+, and/or Think-Cell preferred.
