- Analyze the data landscape within Industrial Technology Research
- Develop and implement operational standards that align with Siemens Energy’s data strategy
- Define processes for storing and processing information for long-term accessibility
- Select tools to support standardized workflows across various information formats
- Establish a knowledge database to capture company know-how and key research activities
- Enable cross-collaboration and prepare research information for digital transformation and AI solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (Information Management, Data Science, etc.)
- Long term experience in data management, governance, or knowledge management in a research or engineering context
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle principles and information architecture
- Ability to translate strategic guidelines into actionable workflows
- Familiarity with digital transformation and AI readiness of data
- Excellent english communication skills and willingness to travel within Central Europe (~25%)
