A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is structured around four core areas: Platform Strategy & Architecture, Governance & Security, Platform Operations & Service Delivery, and Adoption & Enablement. This framework ensures the end-to-end lifecycle management of the platforms, from high-level design and security to operational excellence and driving business value through user adoption. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Microsoft Power Platform services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
  • Define and execute the platform strategy, target architecture, standards, and technology roadmap aligned with digitalization, automation, and AI goals.
  • Design secure, scalable, and responsible AI-enabled solutions leveraging Copilot, Fabric Data Agents, and AI-assisted analytics.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise-wide reference architectures, reusable patterns, and certified semantic models to accelerate delivery.
  • Define integration architectures for SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Azure services, APIs, and hybrid data environments.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for environments, connectors, licensing, security, compliance, data protection, and application lifecycle management.
  • Govern Microsoft Fabric capacities, OneLake architecture, workspaces, enterprise reporting standards, and licensing strategies.
  • Drive adoption of responsible AI principles, compliance requirements, auditing, traceability, and human oversight.
  • Ensure alignment with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, role-based access controls, and other corporate security policies.
  • Lead platform operations to ensure availability, reliability, scalability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee application lifecycle management (ALM), DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated testing.
  • Track platform health, adoption, capacity utilization, licensing consumption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, managed service providers, and strategic partners like Microsoft.
  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of low-code, analytics, and AI technologies through enablement programs, workshops, and communities of practice.
  • Develop and evolve a Power Platform Center of Excellence operating model balancing citizen and professional development.
  • Lead the assessment, onboarding, and governance of new Power Platform, Fabric, and AI use cases.
  • Mentor architects, developers, analysts, and citizen developers globally to increase platform maturity and innovation capability.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on technology decisions, business value, feasibility, risks, and investment priorities.

What You Bring

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Significant professional experience as a subject matter expert in designing, governing, and operating enterprise-scale platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric, and AI solutions.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects with limited oversight and mentoring junior professionals in a global context.
  • Skills in platform architecture and technology, including Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, Microsoft Azure, AI and Copilot solutions, automation, and SQL to design, implement, and optimize scalable digital solutions that support business transformation and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Skills in governance and operations, including configuration and change management, network security, DevSecOps and application lifecycle management (ALM), and disaster recovery to ensure secure, reliable, and well‑governed technology operations.
  • Professional and behavioral skills, including troubleshooting and problem‑solving, as well as technical leadership and mentoring capabilities to support effective issue resolution, team development, and the successful delivery of technology solutions.
