• Facilitation Skills: Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for team development.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Experience in driving change and improvement in dynamic organizations.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to inspire and influence diverse stakeholders.
