- Agile Facilitation: Lead agile teams in effectively applying Scrum and other frameworks for high-quality digital finance solutions.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Inspire team members and stakeholders on agile values and practices to enhance self-organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify impediments, facilitate retrospectives, and promote a culture of learning and optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across teams, ensuring alignment and transparency in Corporate and BA Finance.
- Change Enablement: Advocate for an agile mindset, supporting teams in adopting new processes and technologies.
- Proven Experience: Success as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in digital transformation or finance environments.
- Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in complex settings.
- Facilitation Skills: Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for team development.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Experience in driving change and improvement in dynamic organizations.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to inspire and influence diverse stakeholders.
