A Snapshot of Your Day

During internship, you will work closely with Wind Power Sales organization, helping us understand what matters most to our customers and strengthening the data that drives strategic decision-making. You’ll engage with our Customer Satisfaction Program, supporting customer outreach, surveys, insights, and follow-ups that shape how we deliver value. You’ll also work hands-on in Salesforce and our internal CRM processes, helping Account Managers keep data accurate and actionable. Each day brings a mix of collaboration, analysis, and real-world exposure to how Sales fuels the transition to cleaner energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the preparation, execution and continuous improvement of our Customer Satisfaction Program by assisting with customer outreach, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Work in Salesforce and our internal CRP tools to help Account Managers maintain clean, consistent, and high-quality customer and project data.
  • Assist the Sales team with preparing customer insights, communications, presentations that influence strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify data gaps and opportunities to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to help us enhance customer satisfaction

What You Bring

  • Junior or upcoming Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. Applicants must have a minimum 3.2 GPA and relevant prior work experience.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy, customer experience, and/or sales operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Experience with Excel, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), or data tools through coursework or prior roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a curious, proactive working style. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while contributing to a fast-paced team environment.

This position reports into the North America Onshore Wind Power Sales organization, a team focused on building strong customer relationships and driving commercial success and profitability across our wind portfolio. Our team partners closely with customers, project management, supply chain, engineering, and operations to develop solutions that create long-term value. As part of this team, you’ll gain firsthand exposure to how Sales operates at the center of the energy transition while learning from experienced professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of wind power.
