A Snapshot of Your Day 

You start your day aligning with the central S4E Program OCM team and internal stakeholders on upcoming rollout activities. Throughout the day, you balance structured analysis work with collaborative discussions: assessing change impacts, preparing targeted communications, and coordinating enablement activities. You work closely with business leaders, project teams, and local change agents to ensure readiness and adoption. Between meetings, you track progress against OCM KPIs, capture lessons learned, and continuously refine the change approach to support a smooth and stable S/4HANA transformation for the GCO organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Responsibility for planning and executing specific Organizational Change Management activities aligned with the S4E Unify OCM Framework
  • Acting as the main OCM interface between internal teams and the central S4E Program
  • Conducting stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations
  • Localization and communication of the S4E change story for the business context
  • Support of communication, training, and enablement measures to drive adoption and minimize business disruption
  • Tracking of OCM KPIs, capturing lessons learned, and driving continuous improvement during rollout phases
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management within complex transformation programs
  • University degree in economics, IT or science
  • Several years experience in ERP transformation projects, ideally with SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to convey change messages effectively
  • Structured, proactive mindset with a focus on adoption, readiness, and operational stability
  • Fluency in English with German language skills considered an additional asset
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and 
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, 
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, 
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
