- Lead one S4E capability team, assigning work packages and ensuring progress and quality together with our internal team members and implementation providers
- Act as a key contributor to S/4HANA template readiness, with a strong focus on PP, QM, PM, and EHS
- Support planning solution rollouts at manufacturing sites worldwide
- Ensure a smooth handover of S/4HANA template processes to AMS (Application Management Services), safeguarding operational stability and long-term success
- Own global demand management, process consulting, and end to end business support for manufacturing-related processes
- Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into high quality functional solutions
- Design and deliver application and project enhancements, turning ideas into measurable business value
- Coordinate and actively participate in regular alignment meetings with internal teams and external service providers
- A degree in IT, Engineering, or a comparable field
- Extensive experience as an SAP Consultant, ideally with strong hands on expertise in S/4HANA PP/QM
- Proven background in SAP rollout and transformation projects in complex environments
- Solid knowledge of Serialization and Batch Management in manufacturing contexts is a plus
- Proven experience in leading, influencing, and aligning cross‑functional teams across cultures and regions
- A strategic, analytical, and hands on mindset, paired with excellent communication skills
