How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will maintain the property loss prevention location database, ensuring accurate tracking of recommendation statuses and site contact information.
• Collaborate with site contacts to follow up on open risk improvement recommendations and gather closure documentation.
• Support the scheduling of site visits for property loss prevention consultants and insurers, coordinating availability among all parties involved.
• Assist in compiling and organizing information for consultants prior to site visits, ensuring they have the necessary data for effective assessments.
• Help collect and validate property data for the insurance program, contributing to comprehensive risk reports and presentations for leadership.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in fire protection engineering, mechanical engineering, civil/structural engineering, electrical engineering, industrial safety, or a related technical discipline.
• 1–2 years of professional experience, including internships or academic projects in relevant technical or risk-related fields.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint, with comfort in working with structured data.
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
