Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in enhancing property loss prevention efforts across Europe and Asia! You will assist in maintaining the property loss prevention location database, ensuring that recommendation statuses and site contact information are always current and accurate. Engage with site contacts to track the status of open risk improvement recommendations and help prepare status summary reports. Your organizational skills will shine as you support the scheduling of site visits for our consultants and insurers, ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders. Imagine being at the forefront of fire risk and property data support, where your contributions directly impact our safety initiatives!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will maintain the property loss prevention location database, ensuring accurate tracking of recommendation statuses and site contact information.
- Collaborate with site contacts to follow up on open risk improvement recommendations and gather closure documentation.
- Support the scheduling of site visits for property loss prevention consultants and insurers, coordinating availability among all parties involved.
- Assist in compiling and organizing information for consultants prior to site visits, ensuring they have the necessary data for effective assessments.
- Help collect and validate property data for the insurance program, contributing to comprehensive risk reports and presentations for leadership.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in fire protection engineering, mechanical engineering, civil/structural engineering, electrical engineering, industrial safety, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–2 years of professional experience, including internships or academic projects in relevant technical or risk-related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint, with comfort in working with structured data.
- Professional working proficiency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
