Imagine joining a global team where you lead the charge in standardizing engineering modules for power transformers across 12 factories. You’ll drive efficiency, quality, and automation by developing and managing robust, cost-effective module designs that set the standard for our industry. As a key member of the Product Lifecycle Management team, you’ll translate cross-functional needs into innovative solutions, coach teams across continents, and champion strategic improvements that shape the future of our products. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the definition, creation, and documentation of standardized modules for medium and large power transformers, ensuring manufacturability and automation-readiness.
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned modules, from concept and design to implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with factory, R&D, sales, procurement, and manufacturing teams to align module strategies and resolve technical or commercial challenges.
- Act as a module coach, guiding engineering teams across multiple factories and facilitating workshops to drive consensus and best practices.
- Drive cost-out initiatives, track project milestones, and monitor KPIs to maximize module adoption and business impact.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product lifecycle management, or systems engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the power transformer industry or heavy electrical equipment sector is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in product/process management, continuous improvement, program management, and agile methodology.

You’ll join a passionate Product Lifecycle Management team dedicated to driving innovation and standardization across our global network of power transformer factories.
