How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the definition, creation, and documentation of standardized modules for medium and large power transformers, ensuring manufacturability and automation-readiness.
• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned modules, from concept and design to implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with factory, R&D, sales, procurement, and manufacturing teams to align module strategies and resolve technical or commercial challenges.
• Act as a module coach, guiding engineering teams across multiple factories and facilitating workshops to drive consensus and best practices.
• Drive cost-out initiatives, track project milestones, and monitor KPIs to maximize module adoption and business impact.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product lifecycle management, or systems engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in the power transformer industry or heavy electrical equipment sector is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in product/process management, continuous improvement, program management, and agile methodology.
