The Local DS Team Lead oversees daily IT/OT operations, ensuring reliable and efficient support across the site while contributing to global support activities. The role balances people leadership, hands-on technical troubleshooting, and coordination with international teams. Each day involves prioritising support requests, monitoring infrastructure, driving local and global projects, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced, international, and focused on service quality, stability, and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and develop the local IT/OT team, fostering high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Coordinate and resolve local and global IT/OT support requests to ensure minimal business disruption.
• Manage and maintain IT/OT infrastructure, including end-user devices, networks, servers, and security systems.
• Act as project lead for strategic IT/OT initiatives at local and international level.
• Collaborate with global DT and IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery and system availability across sites.
• Ensure compliance with IT/OT policies, standards, and best practices while driving process improvements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in IT/OT support with proven exposure to team leadership or coordination.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networks, and enterprise applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure with a structured, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills, with professional fluency in English and the local language.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL), with certifications and SAP knowledge as an advantage.
