A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Local DS Team Lead, you oversee the day-to-day operations of the local IT/OT function while ensuring stable, secure, and efficient technology support across the business. Your day balances people leadership, hands-on technical support, and coordination of local and global initiatives. You work closely with business stakeholders and international IT teams, manage priorities through the ticketing system, and lead strategic projects that enhance both local operations and the global digital environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local IT/OT team to deliver reliable, high-quality support.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT/OT incidents and requests at both local and global levels.
- Drive and lead strategic IT/OT projects locally and internationally.
- Maintain and optimize IT/OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
- Partner with business functions to understand needs and implement effective technology solutions.
- Enforce compliance with IT/OT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
What You Bring
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Bring proven experience in IT/OT support, with prior leadership experience preferred.
- Have strong expertise in hardware, software, networks, and IT/OT troubleshooting.
- Communicate fluently in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Are familiar with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL); certifications and SAP knowledge are advantageous.

You will join a global Digital Technology / Digital Services team that combines operational support with the delivery of strategic initiatives worldwide. The team works across regions and cultures, supporting both local sites and global platforms. Collaboration, continuous improvement, and a strong customer-service mindset are at the core of how the team enables business success through technology.
