- Develop and maintain a cybersecurity strategy for hydrogen business portfolio (products, solutions, services), manufacturing and production sites, and business managed IT
- Implement the cybersecurity strategy for hydrogen business to continuously improve cybersecurity maturity
- Support information security for hydrogen business, in the interest of a holistic cybersecurity approach
- Identify and implement necessary cybersecurity setup and resources
- Measure organizational unit’s cybersecurity maturity based on defined KPIs
- Identify cybersecurity market requirements such as regulatory demand or the need for cybersecurity certification
- Guide and coordinate Industrial Cybersecurity Experts and Cybersecurity Ambassadors
- Successfully completed scientific or technical studies in the field of information technology, electrical engineering, automation engineering or comparable
- Wide-ranging knowledge in Cybersecurity and Information Security
- Practical experience in the management and operation of IT systems and infrastructure is of advantage
- Experience and knowledge of the organization and products within Siemens Energy Sustainable Energy Systems is of advantage
- Strong analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Advanced project management skills
- Advanced Business language level in English
