A Snapshot of Your Day 

In your new role as Industrial Cybersecurity Officer (f/m/d) in hydrogen business, you bring in your knowledge and experience in assuring cyber-resilience of our green hydrogen electrolyzer systems as well as in our new giga-factory. You are involved into our highly motivated and innovative engineering, R&D and manufacturing teams. In this role you define the strategy and way forward based on the existing maturity and risk assessment. Within Siemens Energy you will be part of a strong cybersecurity network, and you adapt methods to the new business of green hydrogen systems. Furthermore, you will have the chance to influence the industrial standards for this new and innovative technology.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Develop and maintain a cybersecurity strategy for hydrogen business portfolio (products, solutions, services), manufacturing and production sites, and business managed IT
  • Implement the cybersecurity strategy for hydrogen business to continuously improve cybersecurity maturity
  • Support information security for hydrogen business, in the interest of a holistic cybersecurity approach
  • Identify and implement necessary cybersecurity setup and resources
  • Measure organizational unit’s cybersecurity maturity based on defined KPIs
  • Identify cybersecurity market requirements such as regulatory demand or the need for cybersecurity certification
  • Guide and coordinate Industrial Cybersecurity Experts and Cybersecurity Ambassadors
What You Bring
  • Successfully completed scientific or technical studies in the field of information technology, electrical engineering, automation engineering or comparable
  • Wide-ranging knowledge in Cybersecurity and Information Security
  • Practical experience in the management and operation of IT systems and infrastructure is of advantage
  • Experience and knowledge of the organization and products within Siemens Energy Sustainable Energy Systems is of advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently as well as in teams
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Advanced Business language level in English
