A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst – SAP Sales & Service to support and enhance our regional ERP system across Siemens Energy in China. This role plays a key part in enabling efficient sales & service processes and driving process harmonization in ERP system. 

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Lead and manage SD/PS/CS changes and enhancements in the Siemens Energy regional ERP system for China 
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define requirements and develop functional specifications for complex SAP solutions
• Provide process consulting and business support for SAP SD/PS/CS topics
• Design and implement new processes and solutions together with Business and IT representatives 
• Demonstrate strong provider-management skills to ensure high-quality delivery from external partners 
• Perform IT Project Management for small-to-medium projects
• Close collaboration with other chapters in the ERP Value Center and broader IT organizations

What You Bring
• Bachelor degree or above.
• 5 - 8 years SAP implementation experiences in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SD, PS, and CS modules, including implementation and support.
• SAP ECC SD or PS certification preferred. Experience with S/4 HANA is an advantage.
• Good understanding of business requirements in the area of sales & distribution, project system and customer service. Strong capability to translate business requirements into SAP technical language, and guide stakeholders towards optimal outcomes.
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English communication skills
