A Snapshot of Your Day
As our Head of Talent Acquisition Service Management (f/m/d), you will lead a global team of Regional TA Service Managers, ensuring recruitment operations are efficient, consistent, and high‑performing across every corner of our business. Acting as the strategic link between our global TA vision and regional delivery, you’ll align processes, standards, and tools to create a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders alike.
Collaborating with senior HR leaders, business area heads, and cross‑functional partners - from HR Operations to People Analytics - you’ll balance global consistency with local agility, making sure every region has what it needs to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
This role offers a flexible location within Europe, allowing you to be based at any of our global offices.

What You Bring- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Skilled in cross‑regional collaboration within complex organizations and experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and metrics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent English skills are required
- A people‑first mindset to inspire and develop diverse teams
