Snapshot of your day
As the Head of Sales, you will lead and drive service compression sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth within the designated territory. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling aftermarket services, service contracts and maintenance plans for compressors across various industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, and others.
How you’ll make an impact
- Execute service sales plans to achieve regional growth targets.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Coordinate with the service delivery team to ensure proper contract execution.
- Partner with marketing to generate leads and provide technical support for service offerings.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports, offering insights for optimization.
What you Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in service sales leadership roles, preferably within the rotating equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of compressors including their maintenance requirements, service offerings, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region and occasionally nationally or internationally.
- Strategic thinker with a customer‑centric approach and a passion for driving service excellence and revenue growth.
