Join our Compression EU&AF Service Team in Le Havre within Siemens Energy TI Compression as Head of Spare Parts – EU&AF Region – Dresser-Rand Legacy Products supporting customers from the Oil & Gas, chemical and industrial sectors.
The Head of Spare Parts – EU&AF Region – Dresser-Rand Legacy Products is responsible for all Dresser Rand Legacy compression Spare Parts activities requested and executed in the Region EU&AF, from quotation stage through order execution until end of Warranty period. He/she is responsible for developing and executing the Spare parts operational activities.
This position reports to the Head of Spare Parts EU&AF and includes the tasks as described hereunder

How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the Spare Parts team by setting clear goals and expectations, fostering transparent communication, empowering team members and monitoring performance.
- Manage the quotation process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customers’ inquiries and optimizing order intake.
- Manage the order execution process, ensuring customer proactive communication and on-time deliveries.
- Responsible for Order Entry and Revenue forecast and achievement
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement and drive clients’ satisfaction.
- Foster collaboration with regional entities to streamline processes, enhance communication consistency and increase customers’ experience quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify / anticipate roadblocks and mitigate risks to secure bookings and contractual commitments.
- Regions / End Customers’ primary contact on demanding and escalated subjects
What you bring
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, service business, order management or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders
- Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate financial information effectively
- Fluent in English
