A Snapshot of Your Day 

The 9HL Gasturbine Program Manager (f/m/d) will oversee the 9HL projects and ensure all teams are aligned and focused on reaching business targets. The role will have overall responsibility of the 9HL Frame projects and will integrate and work closely with all key interfaces inside and outside the Gas Turbine.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Project leadership for 9HL initiatives, including budget and schedule responsibility, coordination with Integrated Project Team leads to meet project targets
  • Innovation management, focusing on key projects and identification of new features and capabilities to enhance competitiveness of all 9HL products
  • Responsibility for budget planning and workforce allocation along with support for market introduction and customer communication of the HL-class product portfolio
  • Fleet performance monitoring, in collaboration with the fleet management team to implement new features as needed
  • Multi-functional collaboration, involving service and repair, manufacturing and procurement, marketing, fleet management, business development, and project negotiations
  • Distributed team guidance and product development, ensuring alignment with Product Requirement and Design Specification
What You Bring
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related fields; individuals with Gas Turbine education/experience will be preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience of a diverse team, with proven track record of meeting targets within schedule and budget
  • Experience in gas turbine design, including one or more of the following: emissions, thermoacoustics, mechanical integrity, heat transfer
  • Strategic and critical thinking, leadership mentality, personal accountability in decision making, and experience in managing global development teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, coaching and motivating large international teams, strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels, with Agile/LEAN experience and ability to influence across peer groups
About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
