A Snapshot of Your Day

You own the business adoption of Finance data products delivered via the Finance Community Data Pool (CDP). Your day is spent aligning Finance stakeholders, Data Engineering, and Governance around one objective: Certified Finance Data being the default input for decisions, planning, and analysis.

You translate complex data structures and governance into actionable guidance for Finance users, design onboarding and enablement journeys, and intervene where adoption stalls. You are not a support function—you are accountable for usage, trust, and behavioral change across Finance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Define and execute the Finance‑wide enablement and adoption strategy for CDP Data Products.
  • Embed CDP usage into Finance processes, decision routines, and reporting standards.
  • Design role‑specific onboarding and training for controllers, planners, analysts, and data stewards across Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and analytics environments.
  • Establish a single, authoritative knowledge base for Finance data usage (documentation, FAQs, best practices).
  • Act as the central interface between Finance, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and AI initiatives.
  • Monitor adoption patterns, identify risks early, and actively correct course before shadow solutions emerge

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in enablement, adoption, change management, or digital transformation—ideally in Finance or data‑driven environments.
  • Proven track record of rolling out data platforms, analytics solutions, or digital products to business users at scale.
  • Basic understanding in Business Intelligence and Explorative Data Analytics.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills: you can turn technical complexity into clear business relevance.
  • Experience designing onboarding, training, and learning concepts that change behavior—not just inform.
  • Solid conceptual understanding of data platforms, analytics tools, and data governance principles.
  • High stakeholder credibility, structured thinking, and the confidence to challenge established ways of working.

Digital Finance Data is the function that turns Finance data into a managed, trusted, and scalable asset. We define the operating model for Finance data—from certified data products and governance standards to platform enablement and AI readiness. Our mandate is not reporting delivery, but decision enablement at scale. We work across Finance, Data Engineering, Governance, and Digital Finance initiatives to ensure that Finance data is consistent, trusted, and used. The Community Data Pool (CDP) is our core platform—and adoption is the measure of success. Digital Finance Data exists to move Finance from data availability to data authority.
