A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic international team as a Finance Controller, where your proactive approach and strong analytical skills will shine! Imagine collaborating with colleagues across Germany, Portugal, Egypt, and Mexico as you establish and run a new controlling set-up. You will work closely with your Finance Head, ensuring that your keen eye for detail supports our financial objectives and drives our success forward.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance Offer & Order Management and the Head of Offer & Order Management to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analyses that provide valuable insights and support critical decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and manage cost centers, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets.
  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of internal forecasts, helping to predict future project needs and outcomes.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field with commercial training.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Alteryx is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, and a proven ability to work effectively within an international team.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
  • A growth mindset, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt while embracing new challenges.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion.
