- Drive initiatives to enhance a culture of safety within the organization
- Lead and support necessary EHS training initiatives to promote awareness and compliance
- Analyze EHS data and report incident statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide guidance on environmental, health, and safety issues, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Facilitate regular meetings within the EQS community to promote information exchange and updates
- Support root cause analysis of EHS events and track identified actions for continuous improvement
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, industrial engineering, or environmental engineering
- Several years of EHS experience in manufacturing or a related industry, ideally within Grid Technologies
- Strong communication skills, akin to those of an influencer or salesperson, to effectively promote safety culture
- Training as a specialist in occupational safety is a significant advantage
- Experience in high-risk activities such as cranes & lifting, machine guarding, and energy isolation
- Proficiency in EHS management systems (ISO 14001; ISO 45001) and skills in auditing and root cause investigation
- Good written and spoken German and English skills, with a willingness to travel occasionally
