A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our Global Implementation Excellence (GIE) organization as an Intern, where you will play a vital role in supporting the global rollout and continuous improvement of our core service platforms: SAP Field Service Management (FSM) and Salesforce Field Service (FSL). You will collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and IT stakeholders to facilitate training, create documentation, ensure operational continuity, and drive innovation initiatives, including AI-based use cases across both ecosystems. This role provides you with hands-on exposure to leading enterprise IT systems and global service processes, all while offering the flexibility to balance your studies.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- System Support: You will assist in daily operational activities and demand management for both SAP FSM and Salesforce FSL.
- Enablement: Help with the training and enablement of technicians by preparing and maintaining training materials for both platforms.
- Communication: Prepare and update presentations and documentation for effective internal and stakeholder communication.
- Change Management: Support the handling and coordination of change requests and business demands during stakeholder absence.
- Innovation: Investigate and contribute to AI use cases for documentation clustering, knowledge structuring, and automated scheduling logic.
- Team Integration: Support the wider GIE team with documentation, analysis, and operational tasks across the field service landscape.
What You Bring
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Strong interest in IT systems, CRM/ERP tools, and digital business processes. Basic knowledge of SAP systems or Salesforce is an advantage, with specific experience in SAP FSM or Salesforce being a major plus.
- Confident in creating professional presentations and structured technical documentation.
- You have an interest in AI, automation, and how digital tools can optimize “boots on the ground” service.
- Structured, reliable, and proactive, comfortable working independently in an international, virtual team environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
