Join our Business Controlling team and take a hands-on role in shaping financial decisions that drive our success. You’ll dive deep into the P&L, uncovering insights behind key KPIs like Absorption, SG&A, and Gross Profit, and translate them into clear, actionable reports for management. You’ll lead closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities for our site and business unit, while collaborating closely with Business Areas and commercial teams across the globe. With every day offering the chance to improve processes, digitalize workflows, and sharpen your analytical skills, you’ll be at the forefront of turning data into strategic impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analyze and interpret KPI trends such as Absorption, SG&A, and Gross Profit to guide decision-making.
• Present clear, transparent financial insights to management.
• Lead closing, budget, and forecast activities for the site and business unit.
• Partner with BA teams and other commercial functions globally to support on financial topics.
• Drive process improvements through digitalization of financial workflows

What You Bring

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Controlling, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent commercial education.
• Fluent in English; Swedish skills are an advantage but not required.
• Strong skills in SAP and Excel are highly valued.
• A structured, efficient, and collaborative approach with a drive to improve and develop your area.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate financial performance and trends.

About the Team

You’ll be part of our dedicated Business Controlling team, working closely with colleagues across finance and commercial functions. Our mission is to provide clear, insightful analysis to shape strategy and support sustainable growth. Together, we combine deep financial expertise with a passion for improving processes and developing tools that make a real difference to the business. By cooperating across regions and functions, we ensure clear and transparent financial scenarios are presented, enabling informed decision-making at every level.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
