This role offers more than just a seat at the table, it offers the chance to help define the table. You’ll join Siemens Energy’s newest U.S. factory at a key moment in its development and help shape the digital finance landscape from day one. It’s fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply innovative — with real responsibility and impact early in your career.

  • Contribute to the implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA and related financial systems.
  • Leverage advanced tools—including AI, automation, and data visualization—to transform financial data into actionable, real-time insights.
  • Support financial planning activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy through participation in internal controls, audit readiness, and financial integrity initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Engineering, Procurement, IT, and Project Management to identify inefficiencies and drive transparency, agility, and measurable business impact.
What You Bring
  • A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field with strong financial and digital orientation.
  • 0-3 years of work experience in finance functions in the fields of performance controlling, accounting, financial audit, reporting or commercial project management
  • Genuine passion for digital technologies—such as AI, automation, and data-driven innovation—paired with curiosity and resilience in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to building and improving processes.
  • Growth mindset with the ambition to continuously develop and evolve as a future leader in finance.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
