A Snapshot of Your Day
Responsible for the comprehensive management of several contracts with clients, ensuring excellent service to the client and promoting this idea throughout the Organization. Ensure contractual obligations are met safely, improving project profitability via team leadership. Report directly to the Service Portfolio Manager, and leads a team of several lead technicians, Service Operations Planners and technicians allocated to its project.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Project delivery - Ensure project Health, safety, environment (HSE) and quality management (QM) performance, overall accountable (incl. Profit/Loss responsibility) to deliver the full project scope from handover from Sales (PM80) until end of Service contract (PM(S)1000) incl. pre-TOC (Take Over Certificate) activities performed by service, primary/focal point for customer communication & engagement on a portfolio level, accountable for predictable project delivery according to PM@SGRE, project scope, ethical standards, laws, rules and regulations, Business Conduct Guidelines, SGRE and industry HSE standards.
- Responsible for defending the argument and improving value in line with contractual availability guarantees and defined incentive scheme. Overall accountable for risk/opportunity management, claim and change management in the project. Contribute to Contract negotiation (New Unit and renewal contract for SMAs, EWA).
- Coordinate project structure & team at PM080/100 or equivalent experience. Ensure selection of Service Operations Manager at PM080/100 or Operations Readiness Manager for OPS readiness phase (PM080 - PM650).
- Budget, schedule and quality - Responsible for the project budget, schedule, overall project cost estimate, risks & opportunity management including driving Operations Productivity on the projects asigned , optimize the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and identify and minimize NCCs, identify and develop New opportunities (Client needs) and Lead incentive, bonus & penalties negotiations.
- Manager Customer Requirements - Responsible to perform contractual analysis (TSA & SMA) and ensure documentation of contractual obligations, identify contractual obligations not included in as-sold cost calculation, manage & document contractual changes and variation orders incl. aftermarket sales activities and ensure implementation
What You Bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years in a similar position with strong operational background with knowledge of the SG4X platform preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing service contracts, customer relationships, and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, maintenance requirements, and industry standards

This role may be based in various locations across the United States. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits, including paid time off and holiday pay. For positions based in the United States, the base salary range is $90,000 to $130,000 annually, and the annual incentive target is from 0-10% of the base salary.
Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
