Join our dynamic team as you take the lead in core configuration and definition management! In this pivotal role, you will oversee the performance and development of your team while ensuring the maintenance of essential work instructions and process procedures. You will engage with stakeholders to enhance our Product Lifecycle Management tools, specifically Teamcenter, and drive improvements in our core configuration management processes. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of documentation and technical control, all while fostering a collaborative environment that supports innovation and excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will lead a dedicated team, managing performance and skill development to ensure a high level of competency.
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of work instructions and process procedures, ensuring they align with best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement necessary updates to business processes as we upgrade our PLM tools.
- Drive core configuration management activities, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and technical controls.
- Manage projects focused on process development and improvement, facilitating effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
What You Bring
- You possess in-depth knowledge of configuration, definitions, and documentation processes.
- Your experience in large OEM organizations has equipped you with a strong understanding of complex products.
- You have a proven track record in process ownership and configuration management, particularly in technical control of introduction points.
- Proficiency in Teamcenter (PLM2020), AWC, and NX, along with a solid understanding of SAP, is essential.
- A broad understanding of gas turbine products and a structured, analytical mindset will set you apart.
