A Snapshot of Your Day 

Imagine starting your day by reviewing the latest Voices survey results, pinpointing opportunities to enhance inclusion, belonging, and team collaboration. You will then engage with senior stakeholders - including Global HR, our HR Center of Competence, and business leaders - to align on upcoming initiatives and training rollouts. As midday approaches, you will facilitate a Lean Management workshop aimed at embedding continuous improvement into the team culture. In the afternoon, you will finalize the quarterly transformation dashboard for senior leadership and mentor a new member of the Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) Council. You will wrap up your day by preparing materials for the next Gas Services Central I&B Council session, ensuring our transformation efforts are inclusive, measurable, and aligned with strategic goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Define and drive the Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) strategy for Gas Services Central, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy’s global I&B framework and transformation goals
  • Support the application of Lean Management principles across product lines and functions to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish and cascade Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that reflect transformation priorities and cultural goals
  • Implement I&B programs throughout the employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to development and retention - ensuring diversity drives performance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers, guiding the development of inclusive cultures and tailored transformation plans
  • Monitor progress through dashboards and KPIs, leveraging Voices insights and other tools to inform decisions, refine strategies, and empower leaders to create environments where all employees feel seen, heard, and valued
What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable academic qualification
  • Proven experience in leading inclusion and belonging initiatives in a global organization, combining hands-on experience with a strategic perspective
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, change management, and cultural transformation
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in applying Lean Management methodologies and implementing OKRs effectively
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills as well as ability to translate strategic goals into actionable programs and measure their impact
About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
