- Define and drive the Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) strategy for Gas Services Central, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy’s global I&B framework and transformation goals
- Support the application of Lean Management principles across product lines and functions to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and cascade Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that reflect transformation priorities and cultural goals
- Implement I&B programs throughout the employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to development and retention - ensuring diversity drives performance
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers, guiding the development of inclusive cultures and tailored transformation plans
- Monitor progress through dashboards and KPIs, leveraging Voices insights and other tools to inform decisions, refine strategies, and empower leaders to create environments where all employees feel seen, heard, and valued
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable academic qualification
- Proven experience in leading inclusion and belonging initiatives in a global organization, combining hands-on experience with a strategic perspective
- Strong understanding of organizational development, change management, and cultural transformation
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in applying Lean Management methodologies and implementing OKRs effectively
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills as well as ability to translate strategic goals into actionable programs and measure their impact
