A Snapshot of Your Day 

We are seeking a highly experienced UX/UI Design Engineering Manager to lead and elevate user experience and interface design across the Noedra portfolio. Noedra is a structured intelligence framework that brings clarity, understanding, and continuity to complex power systems.  You will Serve as the DG-level Noedra design authority, enabling alignment and transparency without overriding individual product ownership. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in user-centred design, design systems, and digital platform environments, with a passion for creating intuitive, scalable, and cohesive digital experiences.

In this role, you will drive a unified UX/UI vision across portfolio and organizational subsegments, ensuring consistency, usability, and design excellence across all Noedra suits. You will partner closely with product leaders, engineering teams, and technology stakeholders to embed user-centric design principles.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Drive the overarching UX/UI vision for Noedra Portfolio, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences across all product lines.
  • Establish and maintain a DG-wide design system, including shared components, interaction standards, accessibility guidelines, and UI frameworks.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to inform product design decisions across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Noedra engineering teams and development partners to ensure consistent implementation of DG design standards.
  • Define and monitor UX performance metrics (e.g., usability, adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction).
  • Champion accessibility, security-aware design, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Long term experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership.
  • Proven experience building and scaling design systems across multi-product environments.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and strong understanding of front-end technologies 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, German is advantage
