- Drive the overarching UX/UI vision for Noedra Portfolio, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences across all product lines.
- Establish and maintain a DG-wide design system, including shared components, interaction standards, accessibility guidelines, and UI frameworks.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to inform product design decisions across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with Noedra engineering teams and development partners to ensure consistent implementation of DG design standards.
- Define and monitor UX performance metrics (e.g., usability, adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction).
- Champion accessibility, security-aware design, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Long term experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership.
- Proven experience building and scaling design systems across multi-product environments.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and strong understanding of front-end technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, German is advantage
