This Trainee position is being added to the HR Services team in Mexico to internalize operational activities previously handled by a GBS provider, supporting the team's expanded responsibilities. To meet this objective, the role will concentrate on two core areas: HR Operational Plant Support, which involves executing transactional HR processes and managing employee data, and Administrative & Process Support, focused on documentation, Invoicing management, and assisting the broader HR team. Given the focus on foundational HR tasks, the ideal candidate will be a current student or recent graduate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude. No prior professional experience is required, but a keen interest in Technology and process improvement is essential.
What You Need To Make a Difference
- 60% HR Operational Support
- Assist in processing employee data changes in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the employee lifecycle by preparing documentation for new hires, transfers, and terminations.
- Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR Services team to support various operational HR projects and initiatives.
- 40% Administrative & Process Support
- Maintain and organize digital and physical employee files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Services department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Document and map basic HR operational processes to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Administrate invoicings for all HR requests
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economy, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
