| A Snapshot of Your Day You will join the Gas Services Special Projects team in Latin America, playing a critical role in ensuring business continuity and delivery of ongoing projects within the open market. As a senior professional, you will lead projects end-to-end with a strong focus on execution, financial oversight, and stakeholder alignment. Your day will involve balancing strategic planning with hands-on project execution, proactively managing risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. How You’ll Make an Impact ● Lead end-to-end project management for special projects, from initiation through execution to formal closure. ● Define project scope, timelines, and resource needs, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams. ● Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and billing processes. ● Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO). ● Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely reporting. ● Drive operational excellence by resolving issues proactively and coaching junior team members when needed. What You Bring ● Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. ● PMP certification or equivalent project management accreditation. ● Proven experience managing complex projects in a corporate environment, ideally within energy, industrial, or services sectors. ● Strong experience in financial management, risk control, and project governance. ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating ownership and accountability. ● Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
