We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to manage and enhance our Oracle Agile PLM platform within the IT department in Germany. The role will be responsible for leading IT-driven projects, system administration, technical integrations, and ensuring stable and compliant operation of the Agile PLM landscape across European/global sites.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead full lifecycle IT projects including implementation, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements of Oracle Agile PLM
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and technical deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-country teams
- Manage external vendors and consultants
- Ensure adherence to corporate IT governance and German/EU compliance standards
- Application Ownership & Administration
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Long term experience working with Oracle Agile PLM in an IT environment
- Proven experience leading IT projects in a structured environment
- Strong understanding of PLM architecture and lifecycle processes
- Experience with SQL, Java, Agile SDK, Web Services, and system integrations
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service management
- Fluent in English; German language skills preferred
