A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to manage and enhance our Oracle Agile PLM platform within the IT department in Germany. The role will be responsible for leading IT-driven projects, system administration, technical integrations, and ensuring stable and compliant operation of the Agile PLM landscape across European/global sites.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead full lifecycle IT projects including implementation, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements of Oracle Agile PLM
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and technical deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-country teams
Manage external vendors and consultants
Ensure adherence to corporate IT governance and German/EU compliance standards
Application Ownership & Administration

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Long term experience working with Oracle Agile PLM in an IT environment
Proven experience leading IT projects in a structured environment
Strong understanding of PLM architecture and lifecycle processes
Experience with SQL, Java, Agile SDK, Web Services, and system integrations
Knowledge of ITIL-based service management
Fluent in English; German language skills preferred
