Join Siemens Energy as a Project Assistant and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of energy projects! You will play a vital role in supporting project managers and teams throughout the planning, execution, and monitoring phases. Imagine ensuring that project documentation is meticulously organized, deadlines are consistently met, and communication flows seamlessly among team members and collaborators. With both global and local touch-points, you will collaborate with colleagues at all levels in the Service and Digitalization division, making a meaningful impact on our projects.


How you'll make an impact

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining essential project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to ensure effective communication.
  • Support project managers in tracking progress and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain project databases and filing systems for easy access to critical information.
  • Prepare SAP evaluations and project status reports to keep partners informed.
  • Contribute to procurement processes, including vendor management and contract administration.

What you bring

  • You are fluent in English, and knowledge of German is a plus.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or previous experience in project support or administrative roles—preferably in the energy sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and familiar with organizational tools; SAP experience is preferred.
  • You can work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating confidence in cross-cultural interactions.
  • With a proactive and can-do attitude, you can prioritize tasks and balance your workload effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and an analytical approach with a meticulous attention to detail are essential.
  • Willingness to travel during the initial training period and afterwards less than 10% of the time is required.

Our Gas Services division is dedicated to providing low-emission power generation through innovative services and decarbonization efforts. We focus on zero or low-emission power generation, encompassing all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof. Our team is committed to exploring decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of our fleet, ensuring a sustainable future for energy generation.
