How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires, interns, and graduates
• Collaborate with HR, Hiring Managers, and IT to ensure every new colleague has access to essential tools, systems, and resources
• Lead orientation sessions and training workshops, making sure everyone feels informed and included
• Monitor and evaluate onboarding initiatives, continuously improving the process based on feedback and best practices
• Support new employees throughout their onboarding journey, addressing questions and facilitating a positive experience
• Organize and manage intro-management meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution
• Contribute to internal communications by sharing engaging updates about new team members

What You Bring

• You hold a master’s degree in business administration, human resources, strategy, or a related field
• You have experience in onboarding, employee training, or supporting international colleagues
• Your interpersonal and communication skills help you connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• You are proficient in English (spoken and written) and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (including Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Danish employment law and relocation rules for international hires is a plus
• You are based in or able to work from Ballerup
