The Indigenous Relations Project Coordinator will play an important role in enhancing the organization's Indigenous Relations strategies. This position will support the coordination of initiatives to promote Indigenous inclusion.

This is a hybrid position, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Create social media content to promote Indigenous relations initiatives.
• Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and other events.
• Create and update spreadsheets to track metrics and community engagement data.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Indigenous Relations team as needed.
• Conduct research and collect data on Indigenous topics, assist in preparing reports, and maintain records

What You Bring:

• Currently pursuing a post-secondary education, preferably in Indigenous studies or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of creating clear documentation and collaborating with team members.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and graphic design tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

We are looking for a passionate and driven Indigenous Realtions Project Coordinator to help us build strong relationships with Indigenous businesses and communities across Canada!
