A Snapshot of Your Day 

We are currently seeking a strategic customer centric recruiting leader to work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to proactively secure the best talent for our hiring plans in the assigned region. 

This role will suit individuals with a passion for leading a best-in-class recruitment team. You drive customer and operational excellence while fostering teamwork to achieve hiring goals.  Additionally, you will be motivated by improving team performance and developing a team of TA professionals.Working directly for the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Gas Services, you will provide additional recruiting focus for our business leaders, taking accountability for TA strategy and delivery within your assigned region.  You will be the key point person for all Gas Services business projects in your region. Key to the success of your team and your role will be forging a close connection with the TA Centre of Competence to address topics such as talent attraction needs, sourcing, reporting and training needs for your team.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Disciplinary and functional leadership, mentoring, and continuous development of a diverse, international recruiting team, including upskilling as strategic talent advisors to the business
  • Accountability for the implementation and delivery of the Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment of global standards and initiatives at regional and local levels, as well as active contribution to the Global HR & TA community through knowledge sharing and process harmonization
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of labor market developments, competitor activities, and recruiting trends, including the use of data insights to drive performance, effectiveness, and adoption of TA tools and technologies
  • Development and maintenance of strong stakeholder and partner relationships within the assigned region, including regular reviews to assess feedback, hiring progress, and evolving business needs
  • Leadership of TA transformation initiatives within the region, including effective change management and communication, as well as optimization of cross-country hiring demand through strategic workforce planning, internal TA resource allocation, and collaboration with the global RPO partner
  • Representation and positioning of the organization as an employer of choice in the market, acting as a regional brand ambassador

What You Bring
  • Extensive expertise in Talent Acquisition, including strategic leadership experience within complex, highly matrixed, and global environments, as well as delivery of senior and executive hiring solutions
  • Demonstrated capability in driving operational excellence and efficiency, translating workforce strategies into actionable hiring plans, and successfully managing competing priorities within dynamic corporate environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including effective navigation of corporate governance structures, collaboration with the German Works Council, and strong knowledge of German labor law
  • Advanced partnering capabilities across business leaders, candidates, recruiters, and the broader HR community, combined with the ability to articulate clear perspectives and introduce innovative solutions to address evolving recruiting challenges
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on leveraging analytics and insights to inform decision-making, optimize performance, and enhance the adoption of modern technologies and forward-thinking TA practices
  • Engaging and empowering leadership approach, including effective representation of the organization as a market ambassador for skills, resourcing, and recruiting, as well as willingness to travel approximately 10% in support of business needs

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
