- Define and evolve the Digital Grid portfolio through critical initiatives, market analysis, and business model innovation.
- Coordinate key programs including M&A, strategic partnerships, and co-creation with customers.
- Evaluate digital technologies and trends to ensure our offerings are differentiated and aligned with customer needs, drive early engagements with customers via a co-creation approach
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
- Develop and implement impactful communication and marketing initiatives to position Digital Grid in the market.
- Build a strong understanding of regional dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to advise strategic decisions.
- A university degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s, MBA) will be a plus
- Long term experience in strategic portfolio management, preferably in energy systems or digital technologies.
- Strong leadership background with experience in leading teams and complex, cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with digital solutions in the energy sector (e.g., Grid Simulation & Planning, Grid Software, Automation, Digital Twins, Condition Monitoring).
- Experience in strategy with a practical approach and the ability to communicate complex ideas to C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a global, inclusive attitude.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
