As a Diagnostic Engineer in our Remote Diagnostic Center, you analyze operational data from gas and steam turbines, transforming insights into actionable recommendations that help our customers achieve maximum reliability and availability. You’ll engage with cutting-edge technology, write technical reports, and play a key role in supporting the energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You actively monitor operational data from our installed fleet, performing remote inspections and delivering clear, technical reports.
  • You challenge and improve existing processes and tools, driving continuous enhancement in our services.
  • You collaborate with domain experts to analyze sensor data and craft technical recommendations for customers.
  • You support customers in maintaining the highest possible availability and reliability of their assets.

What You Bring

  • You have strong analytical skills and thrive in mastering complex systems.
  • You are detail-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • You hold an engineering degree in mechanics, electronics, or control systems—or bring equivalent experience from previous roles.
  • Experience with Siemens Energy products (Gas & Steam turbines, SGT600-SGT800, SST700&00) or similar products is a significant advantage.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
About the Team
You’ll join the Remote Diagnostic Center (RDC), a diverse and global team with a strong presence in Sweden and colleagues across Asia Pacific and Latin America. Our engineers bring expertise in mechanical engineering, controls, statistics, and programming, working together to deliver innovative diagnostic services.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
