While your colleagues design communication campaigns, develop training formats, or deliver awareness sessions, you ensure that all content is built on a solid, up-to-date, and practical foundation. You identify emerging threats, trends, and regulatory developments relevant to Siemens Energy at an early stage and translate them into effective training and awareness concepts for our global workforce. In doing so, you combine strategic agenda-setting with operational execution and steering: from jointly piloting new learning formats to selectively delivering training sessions yourself.
