- Management of all aspects of the solution, including product lifecycle, licensing and clearance processes, risk assessments, audit responses, as well as contract administration
- Development and maintenance of standard technical and non-technical documentation to support the continuous monitoring solution and ensure consistency
- Training and education of global stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Execution) on solution features, value proposition, go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, and competitors, while collecting feedback from customer-facing teams to define and prioritize feature enhancement requests
- Creation of the annual solution R&D plan in coordination with Sales Operations to justify the proposed budget, in addition to supporting global bid management with non-standard proposals and responses to customer-specific inquiries
- Collaboration across regional teams, headquarters, Engineering, Product Management, Domain Experts, and Sales to maintain solution alignment, combined with communication of updates to the Siemens Energy cybersecurity community
- Execution of solution marketing initiatives such as whitepapers, webinars, industry presentations, and customer demonstrations, while monitoring emerging technologies, standards, regulations, and market trends to ensure continued solution differentiation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Cybersecurity or related field; several years of experience building, maintaining, and supporting scalable solutions; cybersecurity and/or digital context preferred
- Proven ability to operate in a matrixed environment, collaborating across globally distributed and diverse teams
- Experience with cybersecurity monitoring, vulnerability management, asset management, and/or anomaly detection solutions; OT context preferred. Ability to connect technical designs and features to customer value, return on investment, and business outcomes
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills; able to simplify technical concepts for diverse and multilingual audiences
- Agile and growth mindset; comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as dictated by work requirements
