Material Management.

• Liaise with user for demand and requirement for indirect materials.
• Send request for quotation or tender invitation to vendors and prepare quotation summary.
• Negotiate with vendor to get the best offer
• Coordinate with user and Accenture team to prepare PR/PO in E-Now.
• Review and prepare contract draft with user, legal and vendor.
• Review and prepare purchasing report to analyze spend, vendors and potential pooling demand and saving

Vendor Management.

• Liase with vendor for delivery and payment team for vendor payments, if necessary
• Vendor management: identify and qualify new source, evaluate supplier performance and development plan

Continuous improvement

• Review material/service improvement with user and vendor
• Review purchasing process
• Review guidelines and work instructions

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Responsible for the sourcing of best vendors and best material/service for company
• Cost reduction
• Work in close collaboration with other departments and other functions regionally and globally within supply chain management
• Develop and implement company strategy and maximize saving potential for indirect material
• Act as an adviser to internal stakeholders for sourcing strategy and best process.
• Collaborate with users to drive early involvement in procurement
• Support the user in clarification, negotiations with vendor until contract closure.
• Any other assignments

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Strategic Procurement  
• Knowledge in MS Excel and Presentation – reporting tools
• Good communication skills in  English ,common sense and analytical skill
• Team player
• Knowledge of SAP MM

About the Team

Purchasing Indirect Material in the country is part of Corporate Procurement team in Indonesia and part of APAC Procurement organization.
