A Snapshot of Your Day 

Supporting the Siemens Energy Global Human Resources Grid Technologies (HR GT) team, as a working student, you’ll play a role in crafting global people strategy and initiatives. Besides gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help our organization make data-driven decisions, you will collaborate with various team members and partners on various HR topics. This opportunity is likely to be for 12 to 18 months.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Support of the team in all activities related to global HR topics and processes
  • Preparation of workshops and creation of documents, presentations, and Excel templates (mainly in English)
  • Assistance with travel expense accounting and support for electronic devices (mobile phones, laptops) regarding setup, updates, and repairs
  • General administrative support, including written and verbal correspondence, as well as contribution to projects and special events
  • Collection of data from various sources (databases, dashboards, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Analysis of data and provision of insights and recommendations
What You Bring
  • Ongoing bachelor’s studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical demeanour with attention to detail and a focus on improvement and solution orientation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and self-motivated work style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) and AI prompts is a plus
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information and strong intercultural collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional language skills are an advantage
