How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supporting the Executive & Leadership Development team (ELD) in the global roll-out of the new leadership program “SE 5” in 25 countries.
- Collaborate on talent management concepts and their implementation with a strong focus on people development
- Coordination of various topics with stakeholders (especially internal HR consultants and HR
- business partners, external partners, etc.), e.g. consideration of local requirements when implementing SE 5, local processes for booking and cost allocation, as well as further development of the SE 5 Leadership Program
- Creation and maintenance of master files (e.g. global roll-out dashboard, roll-out project plan, SE 5 candidate list, etc.)
- Coordination of the candidates' assignments for this program
- Preparation of communication materials, e.g. for advising internal investors
- Support in the maintenance of the project SharePoint
- You may be involved in strategic talent management concepts with a focus on talent development
What You Bring
- Ongoing studies in psychology, business administration, social sciences or comparable - ideally with a focus on human resources management
- Availability to work 16-20 hours per week
- Great interest in HR work - ideally already some practical experience in the HR field
- Pleasure in dealing with people
- Great affinity for digital media and collaboration
- Fit in dealing with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Forms)
- Wishful: Mentimeter (configuration), SharePoint Admin
- Fluent German and English
- Solution-oriented and self-responsible work, creativity, commitment, and humor
