How to contribute to our vision

This role is being added to support business continuity for the Offshore Wind Service Operations at the Formosa 2 site in Taiwan. The position will provide critical logistics and inventory support to the on-site technical teams, ensuring operational readiness and efficiency. To meet these objectives, the role is structured around two core areas: Warehouse & Inventory Management and Logistics Coordination. These functions cover the complete lifecycle of materials on-site, from receipt and storage to distribution and tracking, directly enabling the maintenance and service activities of the wind technicians. Given the focus on hands-on logistics, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory control systems. A vocational or technical education in logistics, combined with the ability to work under moderate supervision to resolve routine issues, is essential for success in this para-professional role.

What You Need To Make a Difference

  • 60% Warehouse and Inventory Management
    • Manage the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming spare parts, tools, and consumables.
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and stock-takes.
    • Update and manage inventory records in the company's ERP system (e.g., SAP) to ensure data integrity.
    • Prepare and issue parts and tools to site technicians based on work orders and requests.
    • Monitor stock levels and report on potential shortages or discrepancies to prevent operational delays.
  • 40% Logistics and Material Handling
    • Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods, including preparing and verifying all necessary documentation.
    • Safely handle and move materials within the warehouse and prepare items for transport to offshore locations.
    • Ensure proper packing, labeling, and tracking of all outbound shipments.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.

Education

  • High school degree or vocational/technical training in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar logistics role, consistent with an experienced para-professional level.
  • Experience working with ERP/inventory management systems (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable.
