Fleet Manager at Siemens Energy
As a Fleet Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be at the forefront of our Business Unit Project Management. This ground-breaking opportunity allows you to work with a broad portfolio of innovative technologies, services, and solutions for centralized and decentralized energy
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate internal and external resources for effective project planning and execution, engaging with customers to clarify objectives and deliver customized technical solutions.
- Monitor project milestones to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, while proactively implementing measures to minimize non-conformance costs and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Build and manage relationships with customers and all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Perform ongoing risk management throughout the project lifecycle to identify and address potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and Business Conduct Guidelines, including tax regulations, export control, and environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols.
- The Fleet Manager role requires a 28-day rotation and will be based at the customer’s location.
What You Bring
- 3 – 5 years Project Management experience with PMP or Prince2 certification
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
- Previous experience or knowledge of mechanics and rotating machinery, including gas and steam turbines, as well as centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, is highly advantageous.
- Must be goal-oriented, adept at working within diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
